Businesses spend a lot of money on training their staff. Unfortunately, they cannot always be sure that it is money well spent. Most of us have experienced corporate training that is flat, rote, and focused more on performing discrete tasks than building skills. But in recent years, the landscape of corporate learning has changed. Companies in all sectors have appointed Heads of Learning and given them learning design teams tasked with creating dynamic, effective, and inspiring learning experiences that make for more autonomous and empowered employees.
However, many of these learning designers do not have a qualification in the field of learning design, and could benefit enormously from specific training in order to better hone their skills and create more engaging and empowering learning experiences.
That’s where Ding Learning (and you) come in.
Ding Learning has developed a CPD-certified Learning Design Bootcamp. Ding works with businesses, universities, software vendors and local government agencies to design and deliver outstanding learning experiences. Now the company is looking for talented and enthusiastic sales agents to spread the word about their Bootcamp.
This is a flexible opportunity for affiliate marketers, online sellers and telesales professionals to pitch the company’s Learning Design Bootcamp to business contacts within their networks.
If you have good relationships with Heads of HR / Learning Design / Digital Learning / Learning Development, or entrepreneurs who want to get more from their employee training, there are opportunities to be found here. You can approach prospects at your leisure, and for each seat you fill on the Learning Design Bootcamp course the team will give you a generous commission of £200. For larger businesses, there may also be opportunities to sell multiple seats at a time.
Agents will be responsible for promoting Ding Learning’s Learning Design Bootcamp course to contacts within their networks. This 6-week course is fully CPD-certified and trains participants to become skilled learning designers.
As companies increasingly invest in upskilling their employees, learning designers are being hired by businesses of all shapes and sizes. Ding want to position their Bootcamp as an industry-leading training programme that will add value to businesses by enhancing the effectiveness of their in-house training.
Ding Learning has already developed a sterling reputation working with all kinds of bodies from businesses to academic institutions and local government bodies
The Learning Design Bootcamp is an innovative course that is designed to disrupt archaic and ineffective approaches to teaching and learning.
Agents earn a flat-rate commission of £200 for each seat on the course sold. There are opportunities to sell multiple seats to larger businesses who employ teams of learning designers.
The company is more than happy to provide agents with the training and support they need to approach prospects with confidence and clearly communicate the tangible benefits of the course.
Agents are free to qualify and approach leads however they see fit, choose their own hours and take control of their working days. They are also free to manage this alongside other commitments.
Agents will likely find the greatest success pitching the course within the B2B space. Many organisations of all shapes and sizes currently work with teams of learning designers who, in turn, are managed by Heads of Learning / Heads of Learning and Development / Heads of Learning Design / Heads of Digital Learning.
Agents should ideally target Heads of Learning Design and try to focus on getting whole teams enlisted on the course. Keep in mind that the person you pitch to may not necessarily be an attendee. However, attendees will be able to feed back to HoDs and share their insights and best practices.
