Now looking for consultative sales agents in the South of England with a proven sales track record for a highly rewarding, proven product.

They have a unique opportunity for reliable, positive, hard-working sales professionals with a bright, friendly attitude to join their current proven successful team of male and female Field Sales Executives.

You will be presenting the very best premium, 5 star, quality conservatory roof insulation systems available in the UK market today.

You will be working with a company that is 100% committed to conservatory roof insulation performance, high quality finish, customer service and ensuring customers are satisfied with the finished installation.

The role is full time with potential earnings of £50k to £250k p/a

  • Average commission is £750 per sale, with many installations paying a lot more.
  • OTE Minimum £1,000-£3,000 per week.
  • Typical deal size is £3000 to £30000.
  • Additional rewards and bonuses.
  • Sales commission paid weekly every Monday

Mature, hard working sales agents are welcome to apply, our highest earners are over 50. While many home improvement related roles are often seen as male dominated, female agents are already successful in this role.

Ideal Profile

The ideal sales agent will have a succesfull track record gained in a consultative sales role selling directly to the public.

Good communication skills and the ability to gain orders without applying pressure or linguistic sales tricks is essential. The product and service will sell themselves when presented in a mature, conversational style.

The ability to generate referrals is key to your ongoing success.

You will need to be loacted in the South / South West of the country and within travelling distance of the target areas.

Our client is looking for an agent to work 5 days a week to complete appointments. Your time will be spent in front of referred prospects, not door knocking.

You must genuinely enjoy driving and meeting new people every day and the challenge of earning high commissions daily & weekly.

Ambition and a positive can-do attitude with a coachable willingness to learn is essential and more important than sales experience, as full training will be given.

You’ll receive:

  • Excellent top rates of commission, paid weekly
  • Fuel allowance, paid weekly
  • Full product training, samples and ongoing training and support given
  • Qualified and confirmed appointments booked for you
  • Accommodation and expenses paid if an overnight stay is required

To be considered for this role you will need to hold a Full UK Driving License and have your own vehicle to be able to travel to appointments.
