  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our cutlery products and market positions, including features, benefits, and pricing to effectively sell and answer client questions.
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers, including retail clients, wholesale distributors, and commercial businesses.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication, presentations, and follow-up.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, highlighting the value and quality of our cutlery sets.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands, and feed future buying trends back to the company.

 Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the cutlery, home goods, or kitchenware industry (or similar B2B/B2C sales experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
  • A passion for high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

This position is commission-based. You will earn competitive commissions based on the sales you generate, with the potential for high earnings based on performance. There are also opportunities for bonuses and incentives for meeting specific targets.
