Our mission at the NW Academy is to ensure all therapists and practitioners are continuously trained to the correct standard, developing their skills and knowledge in line with current market trends. 

We are an online Beauty Therapy Academy, providing array of Beauty Training Services for Businesses and Customers looking to train, upskill and stand out from the crowd.

Products

The services to sell are

  1. Online beauty therapy training courses. These are appropriate for individual customers or businesses such as:
  • Beauty salons
  • Beauty clinics
  • Beauty spa’s
  • Training providers looking to expand their training divisions into the online space
  • Youth clubs/centers
  • Womens groups
  • Recruitment agencies
  • Female prisons

2. Staff training, for :

  • Current treatment performance
  • New treatments / products brought to the business.

3. Accreditation. Qualifications are NW Beauty Therapy certificates which are FULLY WORL WIDE RECOGNISED ACREDDITED. This will enable the candidate to gain full comprehensive business insurance upon course completion.

Certificates includes a unit summary of the units included in the course, along with a certificate for each treatment learned.

4. In addition to the certificate, the learner will receive a treatment training kit and business resources to download and keep, such as:

  • Client consultation forms
  • Client consent forms
  • Training manual
  • Treatment practice resources

    A 20% Commission rate would be given per each successful sale. This includes any re-occurring monthly sales closed.

  • Professional training and support

    A full training session of services and courses available will be provided

  • First sale bonus

    Upon your 1st sale you would have an additional 15% commission from that sale price.

  • Sales and marketing support

    Any additional marketing materials you require that would help your campaign can be provided. (images, videos and promotion information)

  • Freedom & flexibility

    As the services sold are all online, you will have the freedom to work your own hours in which ever location you wish, managing your own workload.

Ideal Profile

The type of candidate we are looking for is, a person who has the following:

  • A desire to drive your sales career forward  
  • Strong beauty therapy knowledge is highly beneficial, but not essential
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • A desire and hunger to close deals
  • The confidence to deal with decision-makers
  • A consultative approach

Your responsibilities are to:

  • Sell courses, training and services to business and individual customers
  • Build and develop your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Take ownership of high value leads from large prospective clients in a responsive and consultative way, nurturing them through the entire sales cycle and developing strong long term-relationships
  • Develop and build profitable relationships with prospective and past clients, utilising a CRM
  • Grow and develop your accounts to maximise opportunities within the organisations we’re serving, their wider networks and affiliations
  • Nurture prospective customers who we’ve previously spoken to but not yet sold to
  • Be available by phone, email or in person as required to service our customer’s needs and maximise opportunities for the business.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver presentations to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
