What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Client Acquisition: Identifying and engaging prospective clients across the UK and global markets.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing trust and long-term partnerships with decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and department heads.
  • Customised Solutions: Understanding client pain points and presenting Alpha BPO’s tailored outsourcing services.
  • Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Managing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Partners to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

  • Have experience in B2B sales, ideally in outsourcing, recruitment, or professional services.
  • Are skilled at engaging decision-makers, including directors and executives.

  • Are self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage their sales pipeline independently.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships and solving business challenges.
