We partner directly with small, exceptional Italian producers who prioritise clean ingredients, animal welfare, and true farm-to-table practices. Our products are already trusted by top chefs and premium hospitality venues and now we are scaling fast into retail, deli, and foodservice.

We are looking for ambitious, commercially minded sales professionals who want more than just a job. This is an opportunity to build your own client portfolio, generate recurring income, and grow with a premium brand at an early stage.

Target market

This role is commission-based with strong upside:

  • Average commission: 10%
  • Premium lines: up to 15%
  • Recurring monthly income from repeat orders
  • Bonuses for new client acquisition

A well-built portfolio can generate significant monthly income as your clients reorder consistently.

Our commission-based structure offers significant earning potential for successful sales associates. Earn an average of 10% on any sale to assigned clients + a Bonus for every newly acquired Client. Example: for a Portfolio of 100 Clients, £1,200 (£300 order x week) per Client per month. Your Commission is £120 (10% average) x 100 Clients = £12,000 Assuming 15% new Clients and 85% recurring, your monthly Bonus is £100 x 15 new Clients = £1,500 Your total revenue will be £13,500 per month.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and managing your own client portfolio
  • Visiting prospects and closing new business (face-to-face B2B)
