It is vital that we maintain this standard and we are looking for Sales Agents with the following attributes;-
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience.
- Ability to adapt to different types and sizes of businesses from different market sectors.
- A business minded attitude with a long term goal with BBX UK
- The ability to listen, diagnose and identify opportunities to convert prospects into BBX clients
- The ability to absorb and act upon the very effective and successful training program provided.
- A positive and determined attitude with a persevering mindset to ride the waves of peaks and troughs.
- A good patient communicator who can really listen and identify prospects challenges that can lead to converting to a client.
