Ridgeview Design is an architectural design practice that provides Homeowners a One stop shop for their design and planning needs when they are looking to develop their home. We design extensions of all shapes and sizes, new builds, loft conversions, garage conversions etc. With over 40 years experience the principal designer has designed over 8000 projects across the UK. With a small team of architectural designers and CAD technicians we deliver excellent design and planning advice and services quickly and efficiently.

Our services include Surveying, Architectural Design and planning drawings, planning and building control submission as well as technical drawing services.
Benefits
Successful track record with agents or sales people
We have a proven sales track record with our top sales person achieving 280k in sales in her first year all over the phone and all B2C. This person had zero sales and zero construction or architectural background. We have had agents in the past sell within the first week and get up and running quickly.
Excellent commission terms
We pay 40% commission and our average order value is £1900.00 per sale. Our minimum order value is in the region of £1200.00. Our top sales person averages £24K in sales per month.
Sales leads provided
We will invest in the first £1000 of credits for leads - Leads are then the responsibility of the Sales Agent to continue to keep the lead pot at £1000.
Sales and marketing support
We provide full sales and marketing support with brochures, online presence and social media. We also support the sales agent with questions and queries and full training and sales scripts are given.
Exclusive sales areas
We are looking for an agent for the South West, South East and North East and will give exclusive areas to the chosen agent.
Freedom & flexibility
This is a remote role, with the ability to earn as much as your effort dictates. Very little day to day managerial oversite.
Target market
Our target market is UK homeowners who are looking to expand their home or develop their property.
We are also keen to target property developers and builders who require Architectural support for their projects.

Ideal Profile
