AIM Smarter are the world’s largest organisation of experienced and qualified promotional distributors. We’ve built an incredible suite of tools which include creative services, a product-sourcing platform and technology products.
We’re looking for experienced agents who know how to make a sale and can turn their first-class marketing skills to our products. You’ll be responsible for promoting our MerchBook and BrandBox products to promotional product suppliers and resellers as well as using the opportunity to cross-sell other products and services.
If you have SaaS sales experience or an understanding of the promotional products industry, then great! If not, then full product awareness training will be provided. We’re more interested in your ability to understand and confidently sell our products than specific past experience.
In return for joining us, you’ll get full training and support, a generous and uncapped commission of 50% on everything sold and sales leads provided.

The Product
AIM Smarter is the leading provider of software and services to the promotional products sector in the UK and US. With offices on both continents, we’re a fast-paced company offering catalogues, technology solutions, member benefits, graphic design solutions, digital marketing, websites, and client stores to UK-based promotional merchandise sellers.
Agents will promote our online MerchBook which lets businesses convert any PDF into a fully interactive digital catalogue and allows them to personalise desired areas to give their clients a unique and bespoke experience.
There are many advantages to MerchBook to help seal the deal – no print fees, no shipping, eco-friendly, 100% customisable and brandable and a link to e-commerce website.
In addition, agents will also promote BrandBox, a pre-curated collection of promotional products designed to assist promotional product resellers by showcasing a selection of tangible, printed products for their marketing needs. These boxes are produced with different themes throughout the year and sold to businesses within our existing membership group.

Sales leads provided
Leads provided from pre-registered prospects - no cold calling. You will be passed leads from a network of pre-existing members that we are in regular contact with and have established relationships. The services you will be offering will complement the existing services of these contacts.
Ongoing support
We’ll supply you with professional marketing material to assist sales. You’ll also have direct access to our marketing and sales manager for ongoing support

Work from anywhere.
Target market
Agents will target companies that need business services and particularly promotional product distributors and resellers. Some of these will be existing clients and members with whom we have pre-established relationships so rather than cold calling, it’s a case of offering them additional services which may be of benefit.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has a proven track record in sales. Experience in the promotional industry or SaaS sales is advantageous but not essential
- Is confident picking up the phone and promoting our products to different clients
- Is highly motivated and ambitious
- Is organised and a great self-starter
