We are a manufacturer of sustainable modular buildings constructing luxury lodges and off-grid cabins for the leisure industry as well as the creation of modular residential homes for self-builders. Our mission is to build homes for the future using green technologies and non-toxic, all-natural materials, creating energy-efficient, healthy living spaces for both people and the planet.
The founders, who have extensive experience in start ups and have a bounty of passion for physical and mental wellbeing, incorporate these values into all of THC Homes designs. As we prepare to open our new showroom and office in May 2025, we are looking to create the dream team who have ample energy, are passionate individuals who will share our commitment to health, sustainability, and innovation.
Qualifications:
With five years under our belt and the first in the industry to create all electric solar powered cabins and lodges.
Eco-Conscious Building Practices: We pride ourselves in using non-toxic materials and energy-efficient technologies (such as Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems) to promote healthier living environments. Focus on sustainability — including low-impact foundations and sustainable timber sourcing — is deeply integrated into our designs and build processes. Advanced Modular Construction: Our modular units are built to a passive house standard. Whether you need a compact cabin or a 5 bedroom home, our modular methods of construction provide a sustainable and comfortable building that cares of the owners. Precision factory-built methods ensure better quality control, faster project delivery, and much lower environmental impact than traditional construction. Healthy Home Ethos: Unlike many mainstream modular providers, we specifically market our products with health benefits, addressing indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and natural material use. Solutions for Emerging Markets:We wish to tap into new business streams like temporary housing for councils, eco-tourism lodges, and even night pods for emergency or transitional shelter — areas of massive need and growth.
We have a very healthy commission structure that can offer between £60,000-£100,000 annually.
Should someone reorder from us, we will include additional commission to you.
We provide training and information guides as well as suggestive targets to get you started. We can offer some inbound leads but we'd expect you to create most of your own leads by reaching out to holiday park owners, landowners, small housing developers. In addition, we can design and create any content that you require. We can also provide leads by finding planning applications for lodges and cabins in your area.
We can provide brochures and marketing materials including business cards and just about anything that you require to complete a sale. Our team are on hand to create documents, data sheets and other supporting documents to help you succeed.
We are new to Sales Agents and would like to find agents for Scotland and the South of England in particular. We're looking for highly independent and motivated individuals who can work closely with the founders, the sales manager as well as our project manager.
Work on your own terms. For customers who are seeking units in their backgarden for additional space, they may work long hours (think Directors, business owners) and will wish for lunchtime or weekend visits. For glamping sites and land owners they may be more free with staff to manage their sites.
