For example, with an average annual customer spend of £15,000, a portfolio of 10 customers can yield £1,125 per month, scaling up significantly with more customers. If you had a £1m portfolio per year you could earn OTE of £90K this is recurring so if all your customers stays next year on the books you would earn the same commission without bringing in any more new business.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone who is self motivated and wants to build a portfolio of customers and create the benefits of recurring commission for the life span of the customer.

We offer a unique opportunity to earn a high commission % and recurring commission structure. Once you have secured a spending customer, you will earn commission on that customer for as long as they spend with us. We are looking for long term partners, who want to earn in excess of £90,000 in one year, growing to over £200,000 per year by year 3. This is a strong return on investment of your time over this time period.

We need people who are experienced in sales and account management in the plant and tool or construction industry, that want a fair share of the profits they bring into a company – beyond a salary and bonus. You have to be driven by the values of our business, wanting to provide excellent quality of service and access to high quality kit, at a fair price. Often people think that hiring through a rehire company is more expensive, when in reality our customers get a cheaper rate through us, than going directly to the suppliers.
