Opportunity for a highly experienced financial sales professional to sell products which optimise performance over the medium and long-term without exposing clients to unnecessary risk?

We’re Thomas Kelly Holdings, an innovative private consultancy firm, focussing on fixed income opportunities. We’re looking for an intermediary sales executive who understands how fixed loan income notes work and can confidently explain the benefits of investing in them to their clients.

You’ll already be a seasoned financial services professional – an independent financial advisor or mortgage broker or you’ll have worked in those roles and are looking to return to the sector. You’ll also be used to dealing with and introducing attractive financial products to high net worth individuals who are looking for looking for a fixed income from part of their portfolio as a hedge against inflation and market volatility.

In return, you’ll work with an experienced company which genuinely cares about its clients and takes a holistic but robust approach to financial asset management. Earnings for intermediary sales professionals can reach £200K pa.

The Product

Many investors are looking for fixed income investments as a hedge against inflation and market volatility. Financial sales intermediaries will promote our short-term, fixed income loan notes (one to two-year terms, paying up to 15% pa) to HNW investors, professional investors and family offices. Sales professionals will also be responsible for promoting our project funding options to their clients.

Protecting client wealth and enhancing their UK position is a fundamental part of what we do with financial investments that deliver healthy returns without creating unnecessary risk.

    Split commission on project funding, we’re currently working on $2 billion funding for a green group and $1-5 billion for an international developer

The Target Market

Financial sales intermediaries will target high net worth individuals, professional investors and family offices. They may be existing clients who would benefit from our particular type of investment or new clients you meet in the course of your role.

We’re looking for large-scale investors with significant assets available for investment who are looking for a healthy but lower-risk return.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • Is highly experienced in financial services, either currently working as a broker or mortgage advisor with HNW clients or has previously done so
  • Has an excellent understanding of the financial markets and the different products available
  • Can confidently explain the benefits of our financial services to their clients and how they can generate excellent short-term yields
  • Is used to working with HNW investors and understands their specific needs
  • Is highly organised, self-motivated and an excellent communicator
