Kelia Limited is based in the Midlands and was established in 2019. We specialise in B2B Telecommunications services all over the UK with some massive brands on our books which you can reference.

Our purpose is to provide world-class telecommunications services and industry-leading customer support. We’re a solutions-provider, driven to help our customers overcome their challenges and add value wherever we possibly can. How can we save our customers money? Where can we improve their infrastructure? Its a partnership, not a customer/supplier relationship, where we look to add value wherever we can to our customers and establish a long and fruitful business relationship.

We are entering really exciting times with new technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things) and 5G presenting a real window of opportunity. Off the back of this we are experiencing massive growth which allows us to pay lucrative CAPEX and OPEX commissions for the life of any given project.

Products

The products fall into four main area. Commissions are paid after the first payment from our customer – as such we have identified the length of time prior to getting paid.

  1. Internet Access – Business grade fibre internet access into mid-size businesses or public sector. Preferably customers with multi sites requiring business grade internet access.  Typically a customer will enter into a three of five year contract and we pay OPEX commissions on this during this time. We also have an innovative fibre leased line replacement service (based upon 5G) which can be deployed within days. Typical time to  receive first commission payment is 4 months and 1 month respectively.
  2. Internet of Things (IoT) – Gartner defines this as a major growth area by 2025 with billions of devices being connected to the Internet, e.g. parking machines, containers and vending machines. Typically done via a Kelia E-SIM and a customer will generally have multiple machines on a multi year contract of which we pay OPEX commissions. Typical time to receive first commissions payment is 1 month.
  3. Mobile SIMs – selling anything from a 1GB to an unlimited SIM from all four of the main carriers (O2, Vodafone, Three and EE) on a multi year contract which we will pay OPEX commissions on. Typical time to receive first commissions payment is 1 month.
  4. Hosted Voice Telephone Systems – BT will be turning off the legacy analogue telephone network during 2025 and as such there is an opportunity to move all businesses onto a digital IP system. Selling into businesses with telephone handsets and extensions  on a multi year contract. Typical time to receive first commissions payment is 1 month.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 We will give full training on all of the above products if required. We are only looking for a Sales Agent to convert Sales – we will install all solutions via a PRINCE2 Project Manager, and ongoing Account Management however the Sales Agent decides.

For example, we have developed an innovative bonded 5G product that can be used within 5 working days to replace a fibre leased line service. Also we have a single E-SIM product for IoT that can identify the strongest carrier signal and connect to this proactively.

  • Excellent commission terms

    For "Full Sale Cycle" Sales Agents , we offer 50% of any gross profit that is accumulated via the Sales Agent. For "Referral" Sales Agents this is 25%. This applies to both CAPEX and OPEX commissions.

  • Recurring and one-off commissions

    Correct - we pay CAPEX and OPEX commissions on multi-year contracts so the Sales Agent will have the opportunity to build up recurring commissions.

  • Professional training and support offered

    We will provide full training on all products with as much support as we can offer during any Sales Cycle. Any solution will be implemented by our PRINCE2 Project Manager and we have many decent brands and case studies which can be referenced.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    This is a 100% commission based role with ongoing OPEX commissions available. As such, the Sales Agent can work from wherever and whenever they wish. We are only interested in the quality of the leads and opportunities.

Target market

That’s the beauty of this opportunity -we are looking to sell into all business markets with the only restriction being a minimum amount of spend for any given opportunity per month. We put this minimum amount in place as we only want our Sales Agents to be hunting the larger opportunities where the commissions are worth our time and your time.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for experienced hunters that have an extensive black book of customers and are able to identify opportunities within the four product sets we have identified above. Full training will be given on all of the products, and we are looking for any of the below types of Sales Agents: –

  1. Referrals – The Sales Agents simply refers Kelia into their existing customers where there is an opportunity and Kelia will progress the sale to conversion.
  2. Full Sales Cycle – The Sales Agent is 100% responsible for lead generation and the full sales cycle right through to conversion.
  3. Please tell us if you wish to work another way and we will try to accommodate.

We are looking for Sales Agents that are extremely hungry to do well and earn lucrative CAPEX and OPEX commissions. As this is a 100% commission based role, we have no desire to tell you when/where to work, however we want any Sales Agent to do well and earn plenty.

Experience within the Telecoms sector is preferable, although not as essential as a network of contacts and the ability to involve Kelia when appropriate.
