Styrene Packaging & Insulation Limited is a family run business that was established in 1976, and we have quickly grown into the UK’s largest expanded polystyrene manufacturer. Our company is based in Bradford, and we have over 121 staff members working on site.
We manufacture all of our products and we also have our own in-house fleet of vehicles for delivery to customers. Our building insulation products are suited to building interiors, exteriors, floors, roofs, civil engineering applications and much more.
We are looking for experienced and skilled sales agents to help us develop more connections and make even more sales. Our national sales managers and internal sales team will provide the sales agents with support as needed. We also have our whole manufacturing and transportation team based on site and they will be available to assist with any questions such as manufacturing options, lead time and delivery.
Our products sell in large volumes and sales agents will have the opportunity to earn generous commission including recurring commission. We will also provide them with sales leads from our existing contacts.

Manufacturing and supplying a range of EPS insulation products including:
- Stylite EPS insulation
- Stylite plustherm enhanced EPS insulation.

Styrene is a family run business which means we make quick decisions and operate more flexibly to meet customer needs. Our in-house transport function allows us to ship products to customers in a rush.
Excellent commission terms
Our products sell very well and customers usually buy in bulk, which means a sales agent will earn 5% commission on volume sales ranging between £5,000 and £8,000.
Recurring commission
We will offer a recurring commission of 3%.
Professional training and support offered
We will give the sales agent a whole week of professional training in Bradford where we will explain all of our products.
Sales leads provided
Our team can provide sales leads from existing contacts, but we expect the sales agent to generate leads on their own too.
Sales and marketing support
We will supply the sales agent with sample products and offer marketing materials to give potential customers or use at trade shows.
