Earn 8% commission on non-solar sales, 5% on solar sales, plus up to 3% bonus tied to conversion performance. No cap on earnings.
While self-generation is encouraged for unlimited earnings, we supply pre-qualified appointments from targeted digital campaigns.

Operate within allocated postcodes, with additional appointments possible outside your area based on demand and availability.
We engage directly with homeowners through B2C channels, primarily via Google Ads and inbound enquiry campaigns. Customers are often looking to reduce their energy bills, replace failing heating systems, or invest in renewable energy.
Sales agents must confidently guide these prospects through the benefits and options — explaining how our systems outperform the competition in terms of cost, practicality, and environmental impact.
We’re looking for a seasoned field sales professional based in or near Leeds, ready to cover Yorkshire and the North East. You understand that heating is a necessity, not a luxury. You’re familiar with the sales process in high-consideration purchases and you know how to convert homeowners during home consultations — particularly when the need is urgent.
This opportunity is perfect for agents with a background in boiler or solar products who are ready to represent an industry-leading company with highly competitive, in-demand products.
