We are a small publisher with magazine sites focused on HR, training, employee wellbeing, etc. but with niche brands on topics such as B2B marketing, family history, dog related businesses and military veterans / resettlement.
We are always on the lookout for talented sales personnel especially if you have experience in any of these areas.
As an experienced advertising sales executive, your role will involve selling website and email newsletter advertising opportunities to companies providing the products and services needed by our readers. There are also advertising services for clients to run ‘solus’ email marketing campaigns (where we deliver their content to our email subscribers with a dedicated email shot).

BWTL has been established but some of our brands are even older - HRreview was founded in 2007 and Pathfinder in 1991.
A basic flat rate of 10% commission per sale. Sales values average between £1000-£5000. A bonus is available in addition to commission for a sale value beyond the agreed level of sales. This will be agreed in advance with the agents.
We will provide a foundation of sales leads based on our own data research, but candidates will be expected to produce their own fresh leads and grow an advertising client portfolio.
We can provide email marketing for lead get, ratecards and other support materials.
We will agree an area of exclusive activity for you - whether that be a whole site or sectors within a site's audience.
Work from home on your own hours.
