You will be responsible for handling client Sales enquires and following through with administrative tasks related to private and commercial moves and storage.

Role and Responsibilities of the Sales Executive :

• Receiving Domestic, Commercial and storage enquires by telephone, email, and internet

• Receiving bookings for branch surveys, qualifying enquiry, identify the source of the lead

• Entering relevant details onto CRM, including quotes whether Domestic, Commercial, or storage

• Placing enquires on to the system, allocating appointments and move dates

• Cradle to grave handling of enquires for all accounts

• Raising and issuing invoices

• Resolving customer queries

• General administrative tasks Requirements for the Sales Co-ordinator:

• MUST have previous experience in the removals
