We are selling CognifyMe, an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps organisations support and retain neurodivergent professionals. Our core offer is a B2B design-partner pilot (20–50 seats, £15k–£20k for 6–8 weeks), which leads into longer-term enterprise contracts.
Products / Services:
Executive Function Toolkit – AI-driven focus planning, task clarity, and time management tools.
Burnout Guard – wellbeing nudges and support to reduce attrition.
Manager Dashboard – anonymised insights to help leaders better support neurodivergent teams.
Integration with workplace tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Otter, etc.) for seamless adoption.
Target Market:
SMEs and corporates (50–5,000 employees) in tech, consulting, and financial services.
Buyers are typically HR, People/DEI, and L&D leaders looking for measurable inclusion solutions.
Commission Structure:
15% commission on pilot deals (£15k–£20k) – average earning £2.2k–£3k per pilot closed.
10% commission on follow-on enterprise contracts (annual values typically £60k+).
Tiered bonus: If you close 3+ pilots in a quarter, you receive an additional 5% bonus on all deals in that quarter.
This ensures sales partners are rewarded for opening doors quickly (pilots) and for building long-term relationships (enterprise contracts), while also making sure CognifyMe grows sustainably.
CognifyMe is an AI-powered workplace co-pilot built specifically for neurodivergent professionals and the organisations that employ them. Unlike generic productivity or wellbeing tools, CognifyMe combines executive function support, burnout prevention, and real-time workplace assistance into one integrated platform
We offer highly competitive commission terms designed to reward both quick wins and long-term relationship building: 15% commission on closed pilot deals (£15k–£20k each), meaning an average earning of £2.2k–£3k per pilot. 10% commission on follow-on enterprise contracts (typically £60k+ annually). Tiered bonus structure: Close 3+ pilots in a quarter and earn an extra 5% bonus across all deals in that period. Ongoing residuals: For multi-year enterprise contracts, sales partners continue to receive commission on renewals in year 2+.
10% commission on enterprise contracts, paid annually for the lifetime of the client relationship (not just the first year). Renewals & expansions: If the client renews or upgrades their seat count, you continue to receive commission on the new contract value. Multi-year contracts: Commission continues for each year of the contract, creating a reliable recurring income stream. This means our sales partners benefit not only from one-off pilot deals but also from long-term recurring revenue as CognifyMe grows inside client organisations.
CognifyMe provides full professional support and training to ensure our sales partners succeed: Onboarding &; Product Training – A clear introduction to our platform, target market, and sales process. Sales Playbook – Ready-to-use outreach templates, pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides. Ongoing Founder Support – Direct access to the CEO for strategy alignment and regular check-ins. Warm Leads – We already have a growing pipeline (50+ warm leads and enterprise interest), which sales partners can leverage. Continuous Learning – Updates on product improvements, industry insights, and inclusion trends to keep sales conversations fresh and credible. This means you’ll never be “selling cold” — you’ll have tools, guidance, and active support so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals
