An incredible field and telesales opportunity has arisen for dedicated and target-oriented sales agents. Lucro Solutions is a leading consultancy and service provider for all companies with logistical and package courier needs. As a sales agent, you will be instrumental in growing the business, which currently has an annual turnover of around £750K.

Building upon your own leads and leads supplied by the company, you will identify new opportunities for business growth and deliver a best-in-class delivery experience. In return, you will earn generous tiered commissions of up to 50% and recurring commission on repeat orders. You will receive support managing customer relationships and receive deal-by-deal advice backed by industry-leading knowledge and experience.

OTE for this position are approximately £50,000, although earnings in excess of £100,000 are entirely achievable for the right agent. The potential market for this service is huge, and there are likely ample opportunities within your existing portfolio of contacts. However, sales leads will be provided by the company to help new agents to build momentum and hit the ground running.

And because each customer relationship represents ample residual income, there’s a whole lot of incentive to be proactive in growing your customer base.
