We design the kits and teamwear completely from scratch that is unique to them. The customer can decide upon the collar types, sleeve features, fabrics, colours and more. With 3T its all about the experience of creating a kit. • Excellent commission terms

  We have setup a commsisson system that works with an amount per unit. We have pushed the commssion to as high as we can, ensuring the sales team get the most for their good work. We have found that the average team size for a club is 25 kits (in football, different sports vary). For the full kits we have setup a £3 per unit commission structure (this may vary on different products, but you will be given a full structure). This would be £75 commsission for an order just for 1 team in a club. Clubs will often have a 2 or 3 adult teams with a youth section of all age groups. For example, we have a club with 20 teams (2 adults & 18 youth) but also a club with 4 adult teams. Once the initial connection is made & a club uses us, future orders likely wouldnt require new designs, so setting up a new order would essentially be just passing on the information to the 3T team. Once you secured a customer, you can recieve commission for facilitating an order. You can gain repeat orders and recieve commission from customers who place future orders once you have already landed. In this industry clubs often want unification across their club. So they tend to work with 1 supplier for all their requirements. You also have the ability to upsell teamwear such as coats, tracksuits etc to clubs, which will increase the commsission obtained. The teamwear can also be pushed to clubs all year round.

• Recurring commission

• First sale bonus

  We are willing to offer a first sale bonus of £75 on top of the commission for the sale, just as a thank you for working for us.

• Sales and marketing support

  We can provide all of our current marketing material. Our social media platforms are also availble to promote & use. If you feel any material or content would help ypu drive sales, just let us know & we will produce it for you.

• Freedom & flexibility

  We understand that this is a commission only sales position so we appriciate you will require freedom & flexibility. This is prime time for seeling kits to clubs as its pre-season, so we would encourage you to try and nail as much time in as possible now. We hope to one day be able to offer a wage to a salesteam but first we need to establish a flow of customer and orders.
