  • Excellent commission terms

    Our commission structure is designed to reward strong performance and value-driven selling. Agents earn 10% of the minimum order value, with an enhanced 20% commission on the difference between minimum and RRP any added value beyond our standard pricing — reflecting your ability to identify and deliver the best solution for each customer’s unique needs.

  • Professional training and support

    We’ll be holding onboarding days that include comprehensive training on our products and sales processes, along with the proven techniques that have helped us maintain a conversion rate of over 50%. Once you’re in the field, you’ll have access to ongoing technical support for the product, as well as dedicated sales support whenever you need help closing a deal. Our team is here to support you every step of the way, with a shared goal of driving business and delivering exceptional service.

  • Sales leads provided

    All sales leads will be provided by our in-house sales team, generated through multiple established channels. We’re looking for a responsive, proactive team ready to act quickly in a competitive market. In this industry, speed is key — one of the most effective ways to win business is to respond swiftly and be first through the door after an enquiry. We will follow up your appointments and close them after the appointment if needed.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We have a dedicated sales Support Line to help you get deals over the line when needed. Or if a customer just isn’t quite going ahead sometimes it just takes a little nudge from another entity to get the close and reinforce everything you’ve said. We have marking materials available and welcome any feedback to improve them.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    This is a self-employed role, offering you the freedom and flexibility to work around your own schedule. All we ask is for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice regarding your availability, so we can plan and fill your diary effectively. Those who are ambitious and ready to act quickly will be best placed to take advantage of high-quality, time-sensitive opportunities — and that’s where real success happens.

Target market

Our customers are primarily elderly individuals or their family members looking for practical solutions to mobility challenges. Many of our leads come from people who need a stairlift quickly, which means a fast and empathetic response can often seal the deal.

Ideal Profile

If you’re a motivated, self-starting sales professional who thrives on flexibility and wants to make a real difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from you. Experience in face-to-face selling or in-home consultations is a plus — but above all, we value integrity, urgency, and a consultative approach.

With most stairlifts fitted within days, commissions are fast and paid weekly.

You’ll be fully supported with in-depth product training, professional marketing materials, and dedicated on-site sales support — giving you everything you need to hit the ground running and grow with us.
