Excellent commission terms
Earn a 10% commission on closed sales, with an introduction fee of £250. Plus, enjoy a 5% recurring commission for deals structured with ongoing terms.
Recurring commission
5% recurring if part of initial deal terms.
Fast Start, Strong Support
Our agents quickly start earning with the help of our established CRM (HubSpot) and support from the founders. This role also has the potential to develop into a full-time position.

Ideal Profile
Looking to work with experienced salespeople who have a Rolodex in HR or Learning & Development and at least 5 years of experience selling into corporate.
- Network: Established network of HR professionals and decision-makers.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results in a commission-only role.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales platforms.
