We’re looking for dynamic sales agents to join our growing team and generate new business through letting agents and estate agents across the UK. You’ll be promoting the ECO4 scheme—a fully funded government programme that provides energy-efficient upgrades to qualifying tenants and landlords.

What You’ll Be Promoting:
The ECO4 scheme covers free energy upgrades such as:
Tenants must be receiving qualifying benefits (e.g. Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Pension Credit) or have a household income under £31,000.
Agents receive an average of £300 per successful install, with earnings of up to £1,000 per install depending on the property and measures installed. Some of our best performing agents are earning £10k a month in commissions.

We offer our sales agents the opportunity to operate in an exclusive territory, meaning you’ll have full access to all leads, letting agents, and landlord opportunities within a defined geographic area. This ensures there’s no internal competition, allowing you to build strong local relationships, maximise your earning potential, and establish long-term partnerships without overlap from other agents. Territories are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and secured through a simple agreement.
This sales role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to work on your own schedule, set your own pace, and manage your territory independently. Whether you prefer working full-time or part-time, remotely or in the field, the role is designed to fit around your lifestyle. As long as you're meeting targets and driving results, you have the freedom to structure your day in a way that works best for you.
Successful agents will be focusing on generating leads through letting agents and landlords for the government-backed ECO4 scheme. , helping landlords improve their property’s EPC rating and future-proof their investments. Your role will involve building partnerships with letting agents, educating them on the scheme’s benefits, and securing referrals that turn into high-value installations.
