At BSel Contracts Ltd, we deliver specialist surface finishing services such as tiling and external facades.

Having successfully completed some high value projects above £1.5m we would like to focus on securing further similar sized projects such as large shopping centres, airports, rail stations, leisure centres, schools, and hospitals.

To drive this growth, we are actively seeking experienced sales agents with construction industry expertise and the drive to secure high-value contracts with Airports, Main Contractors (Tier 1s), Network Rail and public bodies such as local authorities.

Who You’ll Be Targeting: Decision-Makers on Big-Budget Projects

We’re seeking sales agents with strong connections in the UK construction and property development sectors, particularly those who can open doors to:

  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 Main Contractors delivering large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Property Developers managing high-value new build or refurbishment projects.
  • Architectural and Design Practices specifying external finishes and interior fit-outs.
  • Public Sector Frameworks (e.g. schools, hospitals, civic buildings) where façade and finishing packages exceed £1M.
  • Large-Scale Private Projects such as hotels, student accommodation, retail parks, and logistics hubs.
  • Airports and Network Rail so we can refurbish or support new builds of airports and rail stations

Ideal agents will have experience construction industry experience and contacts preferably related to  facades and tiling, and be comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex tendering processes.
