He trains others in mediumship and runs a network of Mediums with joint marketing to operate as a Franchise of Independent self-employed mediums.  All trained to the highest standards in traditional Scottish mediumship, with several USP’s that double their income as against the usual self-discovered American medium.

The business comprises three mediums, two support staff, and one training adviser. We are geared to grow substantially over the next six months and geometrically in the following 12 to 18 months. We are looking for people to grow with us.

  • Excellent commission terms

    We pay 10% on the gross sales value. This is broken down into 5% for getting the lead to the training and 5% for closing. We envisage this being the same person, but if you are good at either, we would be open to you specialising in one of the two aspects of this.

    An understanding of the market and the methods of closing that work for us. Attendance at ongoing service training. You are working with people in the training system to sell to others looking to join the industry, which is about $2 Billion in size in the USA alone.

    Web sites, videos, and a series of free events to direct people to.

  • Are you a results-driven, self-motivated individual with a knack for identifying potential customers? Are you eager to join a dynamic training company and help us expand our reach? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
  • Position Overview:You will be responsible for screening qualified leads, guiding them through a free training event, and ultimately closing the sale. This is a commission-based role with a substantial incentive for successful closings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Screening: You will get bookings with interested leads from highly targeted advertising. Your first task will be to conduct short telephone conversations with these leads to assess their level of interest and seriousness. Estimated at forty leads per adviser a month.
    2. Qualification: Identify and pass on leads who demonstrate a genuine interest in our training programs to the free training event and who are able to afford the course fees. These events are all in the evening, and you will be expected to attend when you have a prospect.
    3. Conversion: After the training event, your goal will be to convert these leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our six-month training course.
    4. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of lead interactions, responses, and progress in our CRM system.


    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and lead generation.
    • Ability to effectively use online communication tools (e.g., Zoom).
    • Previous experience in lead generation or sales is essential B2C as opposed to B2B.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
