The WeThrive platform is a single software platform which can be deployed at scale for 1000’s of users. Providing clear actionable insight and support and help to individual employees within weeks of deployment. With simple pricing of £5 per employee per month and £20 per manager/admin per month the solution offers a low entry price with clear and proven return on investment.


  • Working with a well-established company

    WeThrive was established 8 years ago and operates on an outsourced business model. We have five full time employees - recruiting two more at the moment with a team of an additional 20 freelance marketeers, developers and administrative support personnel.

  • Successful track record with agents or sales people

    Currently we have one dedicated salesperson who generated £300k in sales last year. Using the standard commission, they would have earned £120k in one off commission or £60k in recurring annual commission. The salesperson has a closing rate of 60% from all meaningful meetings with an organisation or company.

  • Innovative product / service

    Our employee support platform offers a range of surveys covering employee engagement, well-being and mental health. These surveys have been created by workplace psychologists with support from GP's and economist, specialising in employee productivity.

  • Excellent commission terms

    We are able to offer two compelling commission propositions. Our clients love what we do and tend to use our services for many years. In light of this we are able to offer two tiers of commission depending on cashflow or the risk profile an agent is comfortable with: 1. We can offer an immediate 40% of net contract revenue from receipt of funds from a new client. 2. A recurring payment of 20% of net contracted revenue per year that the client remains with WeThrive and for as long as you are an agent for the company.

    You can build up a meaningful revenue stream from recurring payments from clients as above.

  • Professional training and support offered

    We offer full product training as well as sales and marketing training. We have an in-house sales manual and tailored courses on presentation skills and conversion pointers, as well as objection handling and other resources.

  • First sale bonus

    We will offer a first sales bonus commission of 60% as a one-off payment or 40% of first sales with subsequent 20% recurring commissions paid annually while you are working with us and the client remains in contract.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We have a wide range of sales and marketing support; product videos, white papers, a clear and compelling web-site and sales conversion tools, such as a 'try a survey for free' and a free trial.

Target market

We are looking for agents to help sell our platform to HR Directors and CEO’s of companies with between 50 and 2000 employees. Our target market is any company with over 50 employees who care about their people, want to support and encourage them to be the best they can.

Our clients range from lawyers to car dealerships to builders to charities – and probably everything in between.
