It Works Media Ltd is a growing search marketing agency with ambitious revenue targets. Having established ourselves as an agency that delivers results for some of the UK’s most well-known brands, we are now looking to grow further.
We are therefore looking for 2-3 business partners to help nurture new business leads, the ideal person/team will have some understanding of search engine marketing, but more importantly a passion to help any online business grow their revenue.
We have a wealth of experience, some great case studies and a passionate team of experts waiting to work with you to help build a new business pipeline.

Typical clients sign up for a minimum of 6 months with a minimum monthly fee of £4,000+ and all of our campaigns have strict targets which have always been achieved.
Target market
We will work with any company that has or wants to have a direct sale (B2C and B2B) online presence, no matter the industry.
But have a wealth of experience in:
B2C
- Travel – businesses looking to increase revenue/bookings during these challenging times
- Ecommerce – established sites or those looking to migrate to online sales
B2B
- Online training services
- Direct sales
Additionally, we work with mid-size companies of 20+ staff with an annual turnover of £1m+
Ideal Profile
We are a passionate team of search marketers and love working with new and exciting brands, therefore we work best with similarly passionate people who want to help our clients to increase online revenue. You will ideally have some level of understanding of search engine marketing and an already established contact database to build the pipeline from month 1.
We will support you with relevant case studies, a wealth of experience and tailored insights to help develop a transparent strategy and pitch process which will make the sales process easier.
You will receive an initial £400 payment + 20% commission (our minimum monthly fee is £4,000) for the duration of the contract (minimum of 6 months) and will have the support from all of the senior team to help nurture new business leads.
We are looking for 2-3 agents to help our agency grow and we have ambitious two-year targets with unlimited earning potential for the right person.
