The sales rep will be offered a variety of services to be selling, including SW development services, and also offering SaaS application for businesses to manage their human resources attendance and absences, through an enterprise level app at a very competitive price.
The contracts that will be sold, will allow recurring revenue, which will allow recurring commission for long term. this isn’t a one off sale, but recurring and up-sell based commission.
