Sentice is offering two type of services to be sold:

  1. Offshore SW/HW development services , in eastern Europe at rates which are 30% lower than other services in the region, allowing very competitive  rates, maintain high quality of service.
  2. A SaaS solution to allow business to manage employees absences and attendances, relevant to high tech and low tech industries. AbSent is a simple user-friendly absence management system that helps organisations easily plan, manage and monitor their employees’ attendances and absences. Services are offered at low rates, which allows small, mid size and low tech companies an affordable solution without investing in high end high cost ERP systems.

THE TARGET MARKET

  1. High tech industry. Offering SW/HW development services to companies that looking for high quality development services at competitive prices, with flexible rates and packages. Target audience will be R&D managers /CTOs/COO.
  2. Any low tech / finance / offices / production and more,  that can enjoy and benefit from using the Absent software from Sentice, to manage employees Attendance and Absense as a service (www.ab-sent.com). Target audience will be HR managers / COO.

Sentice has been selling to USA and other areas in Europe, but looking now to expand its business to UK and the Northern Europe region.

The sales rep will be offered a variety of services to be selling, including SW development services, and also offering SaaS application for businesses to manage their human resources attendance and absences, through an enterprise level app at a very competitive price.

The contracts that will be sold, will allow recurring revenue, which will allow recurring commission for long term. this isn’t a one off sale, but recurring and up-sell based commission.
