We offer all our training online. We are very niche but we have been doing it for over 7 years. As we are expanding, we cannot get the operational staff as quickly as we would like, so need to divert sales related work to someone else.

We use Insightly as our CRM, which has over 5000 leads. We get leads directly from our website into the CRM, which has plenty of automated workflows already programmed. There is lots of B to C sales, but also B to B.

There would be a period of learning as this industry is very specific. Our products are complicated and not every lead would qualify for the required product, so knowledge of all products is a must.

On top of that we are looking for this person to follow up with potential companies for apprenticeships. These are the most lucrative and have recurring commission for the length of the apprenticeship. The lead time can be lengthy though, but worth it.

The Apprenticeships market is solely businesses who need a bespoke package and are usually not serviced very well by their local college
