With 300% growth in the first year selling B2C, we are now being asked to supply boutique and independent retail outlets. We want to rapidly grow this sales channel and we are looking for the right sales agent to proactively approach this market.
The ideal sales agent will be well rewarded for unlocking the huge potential of the boutique and independent markets. You will have a proven sales track record in a related market, such as fashion, accessories, or a brand with sustainability at its heart. Plus, sales experience in identifying and engaging with potential target stores and moving them forward to secure new retail partners.

The Sustainable Watch Company manufacture handmade wooden watches and straps.
Designed to be kinder to the environment, all our watches and straps are handmade from recycled natural wood furniture and are vegan.
We maximise our use of sustainable materials, use eco-friendly packaging, and operate a Climate Positive workforce. We offer carbon neutral shipping, offset 100kg of carbon with every order, and support reforestation by planting one tree per order.

As a sales agent, you will be presenting truly unique products with all the eco-friendly and sustainability attributes our target customers desire.
We have taken a classic product consumers love and made it sustainable at an affordable price. This product has a big enough market to have commercial potential (watches) with a small enough niche to ensure you will not have a large amount of competition (sustainable fashion). The unique appearance, function, styling, and many eco-friendly attributes make this a truly innovative product.
We want you to make as much money as possible. The more money you make, the more money we make! 15% is a great rate of commission given the value of the products and the fact there is no minimum order value. We are happy to discuss bonuses and discuss commission so we reach an agreement that is fair. Every deal is unique and your remuneration should be adjusted alongside this! If something needs changing, come talk to us.
The founder is from a commercial background and is more than happy to work with you where necessary to ensure the best result for all parties, including the best agent commission earnings. We offer full support to craft approaches, outreach and negotiation. You will be part of the team and supported in accordance with this.
Each deal close is different, but depending on value we can absolutely pay a first sale bonus to you. You will be compensated properly and fairly for the work and effort you apply.
We have a large number of reviews and a pool of retailers that you can leverage to help sell the brand. Alongside this the website has great content to support your sales meetings and communications. Anything you need we would be more than happy to create this for you!

We are looking for English speaking sales agents to approach the UK target markets.
You will have a track record of selling fashion, accessories or eco-friendly/sustainability products. in the UK.
It is desirable that you have a network of UK independent/boutique retailers to tap into. However, as these types of businesses will not have large chains of hierarchy, decision makers will be easy enough to reach for an experienced agent so this isn’t a necessity.
The ideal agent will have sales skills and a low-pressure, consultative sales approach that will build long-term, profitable relationships with new customers. The sales approach and how you will outreach to potential new customers will be part pf the discussions with agents that apply for this agency.
To assist sales we can offer the retailers sales credit to trial the products and net 60 day payment terms, which you will be able to leverage to close deals alongside the products’ many unique attributes for the growing sustainability movement.
We have seen traction and growth in this channel to date with no pro-active outreach, so this is a great opportunity for the right agent to quickly get some deals on the board!
This is not a telemarketing process, we are not looking for a shotgun approach, the sales role requires proper research and qualification of specific prospects ahead of the approach and commencement of the sales process.
