Tutum Workplace exists to provide a management system to aid businesses to manage their corporate liability and duty of care towards their employees and customers. We achieve this by providing a secure and proven employee health management system wherever a COVID19 testing regime is utilised. Tutum Workplace will also, if required, distribute the latest in COVID19 test kits and provide guidance on governance and use.

We are searching for sales agents with established connections in our target markets to utilise these contacts and drive sales forward, and offering:

  • Commission at no less than 10% of billable total monthly revenue.
  • Ongoing support and guidance from our team.
  • A product that can literally sell itself when you present the business their responsibility and duty of care to their employees and customers.
  • Sales agents don’t need a formal partnership to introduce their contacts to us, you can still earn lucrative commission.

Product

Tutum Workplace has combined essential processes with award-winning technology to provide the only truly effective solution, Be Covid Confident! It uses a web based Health Administration System, including management and regulator reporting, and an individual app for each employee to track ongoing COVID 19 vaccination and testing status. Be Covid Confident:

  • Collect and collate results from testing with government supplied tests or testing at home (test agnostic).
  • Lets you know who is testing, where and when they are testing and what the results are if required.
  • Securely report the required data to PHE for compliance.
  • Help analyse and mitigate risk for your business operation.
  • Give confidence to both staff and guests when on your premises.

The pricing of this product is on a per employee or per venue basis on a rolling monthly contract.

Target market

The product is of use in all business settings but in particular those where employees are serving the public (hospitality and retail) and those physically working on site (construction and manufacturing).  It can also be used for Contact Centres and other office based environments as employees return to the office from home working.

Examples of commission for all agents

Whether you’re a partner regularly presenting the Tutum service, or an agent generating ad-hoc sales, you can earn the commission as presented below.

  1. Five venue hospitality business employing up to 100 staff in each venue- Implementation fee = 5 x £1,500 = £7,500. Commission at 10% = £750 (once only)- Monthly running cost = 5 x£80 = £400. Commission at 10% = £40 per month for as long as the business remains with Tutum Workplace.
  2. Business with 500 staff (no implementation fee)- Monthly running cost = £2 per staff head = £1,000. Commission at 10% = £100 per month for as long as the business remains with Tutum Workplace.
  3. Business with 5,000 staff (no implementation fee)- Monthly running cost = £2 per staff head = £10,000. Commission at 10% = £1,000 per month for as long as the business remains with Tutum Workplace.

Ideal Sales Agent Profile

We are looking for a number of candidates to identify leads across the UK in all business sectors.  Candidates will need to:

  • Have a number of clients they can reach out to within the stated target market.
  • Show great account management and deal closing skills.
  • Understand this is a product that should sell itself once the client understands fully the duty of care they have to their employees and customers.
  • Use a consultative approach to explain how the system can be utilised to mitigate risk and allow businesses to continue to operate safely.
