TFH Special Needs Toys are a family business based in Worcestershire. Our toys are designed specifically for people with special needs, and we sell to parents and institutions who are working mainly within the education, medical and elderly sectors. We have a workshop in Wrexham and we have offices in the United States, Canada and Sweden.

Our company specialise in Multi Sensory Equipment. This equipment is usually sold through face to face meetings with customers. Our customers are always delighted with our products and services – our rooms make a big difference to the users lives.

If you are passionate about helping people, then you could be earning 15% commission on the total order value of sales by working with us. Our company will provide you with the support and materials that you need to make sales upon sales. The right sales person will inherit a healthy pipeline of potential customers.

The products

MSE customers are looking to create a dedicated space for our equipment to be installed. Equipment includes:

  • A dozen off-the-shelf items.
  • 2 or 3 customised items designed to fit into the individual space.

The sales person will have to measure the space accurately to make sure the items fit.

The customer expects a design of the finished room along with a quote (which should also include the installation fee). Our company does not employ professional installers, but instead we use a small number of freelance installers who do not necessarily require specialised knowledg).

    Our company usually receive 15 leads every month within the country, which is enough to keep one salesperson occupied. When we experience an increase in coverage, we will look into increasing the leads. Agent will inherit a healthy pipeline of potential customers.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We have a strong back-room support team that is ready to provide the materials desired. The right sales agent will inherit a healthy pipeline of potential customers.

  • Exclusive sales areas

    Our company is open to creating exclusive areas.
