One covering Northern England, one covering Scotland and one covering Northern Ireland. As the UK surges to achieve its target of getting homes and businesses Gigabit-ready for 2025 there are fantastic opportunities to be found in your area.

Established over 100 years ago, Mills Ltd. is the UK’s largest independent family-owned distributor of telecoms products, distributing and, in many cases, manufacturing their own high-quality products for Communication Providers (CPs).

As a field agent, you will be responsible for generating new business using leads supplied by the company. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, and proactive. The kind of agent that thrives in face-to-face interactions with prospective customers if you want to join this exciting, thriving and fast-moving industry.

In return for your hard work, you’ll receive an extremely generous commission of 20% of all monthly gross profit on agreed accounts, with recurring commission from repeat orders. You’ll also be given on-site training and access to all the sales and marketing support you need to wow customers and consistently hit your targets.

The ideal candidate

Mills Ltd. is looking for a special kind of candidate. To qualify for this position, you must be:

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target driven
  • A people person who excels at building relationships with customers face-to-face
  • Able to manage your own pipeline and accounts
  • Experienced or interested in the telecoms sector
  • Experience using Sage CRM is advantageous
