BDM is based in Burgess Hill and operates Nationally. We have been in business since 2002 and have developed conisitantly since always taking into account the needs of our clients. The business is privately owned and the key shareholder is active in the business on a daty to day basis.

Our target and core markets are businesses with 10 plus employees up to 200, irrespective of the market sector. We should sdtress that while these are our sweet spot we will happily deal outside of this area.

The market sector is not relevant as most sectors use telephones

We provide finance for all of our products that might otherwise be Cap Ex and this helps our client significantly with cash flow.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for driven individuals who have a tecnical aptiude. While Teco experience would be of an advantage its not neccessary as full support will be provided. We are happy tom work on a referal, assisted sale or an autonimous sale basis. We will provide you with training and with a sizable territory.

The key to this sale is the trust and connection that you have with the client, its about you.

Commisisons are based off gross profit and payable on reciept of payment from the client. This will provoide you with a mix of one off commisions and recourring commissions.

The percentage is driven by the nature of the sales ie referal, assisted sale or an autonimous sale..
