Switchgear Panel Industry – Sales Opportunity

LSIS are a leading international company in the industrial electric, electronics, materials, and energy field.

We are looking for partners throughout the UK to find and qualify potential new customers and make appointments for meetings with a member of the LSIS Global Sales Team.

This opportunity will ideally suit sales agents with experience of working with one of the major companies in the UK such as Schneider Electric, E+I, Anord Mardix, AF Switchgear, Twyver, TES Power, or other.

There is an excellent reward scheme that includes a basic salary based on hours worked for LSIS plus commission for arranged meetings and completed MV/LV research reports.

In the power systems field we are expanding our share of the global market, while in the automation field we are making a foray into global markets by securing world-class technologies. This targeted growth is why we are now looking for the right sales partners to work with us in the UK.


Our target markets for sales agents to approach are the switch board, panel board, and the distribution board market for low and medium voltage in the UK. Potential customers include EPC, Developers, and Construction Companies.

Ideal Profile

The ideal sales partners will be consultants and sales agents already working in the sector with experience of working with a large player in the switchgear panel industry such as Schneider Electric, E+I, Anord Mardix, AF Switchgear, Twyver, TES Power, or other.

You must possess an extensive network of contacts in decision making positions in the LV switchgear panel industry including EPC, Developer, and Construction Company.

Experience of successful development of sales leads, winning new business and increasing sales with both existing and new customers is essential.

You will be sales and customer focused with competitor business and product knowledge .

Your role will be to:
Make appointments with potential customers for the LSIS Global Sales Team to attend.
Acquire research reports for Low Voltage and Medium Voltage (Such as the reports from Schneider or ABB)

To fulfil the role you will need experience of dealing with people at all levels of organisations. Plus, the skills to organise and prioritise a demanding workload and meet deadlines and customer expectations. The role requires a self-starter, passionate about sales, and able to plan their own schedule.

In return we are offering a lucrative package that combines a salary based on the hours worked for LSIS, plus commission payments.

Basic Salary: £15 to £20 per hour.
Total Salary: £90 to £1,200 per month.
Additional Commission : Arranging meetings: £30 for each meeting
MV/LV research reports: £200 each report
