Shrieve are a world leading company that is over 40 years old and has been active in Europe for 22 years.

We are seeking agents that can utilise links to the fleet management and transport industry, selling competitively priced industry superior fuel additives for gasoline and diesel.


Offering a range of fuel additives: one for diesel and another for petrol. There are two applications for each commodity.

  • Application one is a Clean-up dose…
  • Application two is a keep clean dose!

When a fleet buys diesel from a terminal on the spot market, it rarely buys treated fuels and these fuels offer very little protection for the vehicles fuel system. Usually the cost for additive treated fuels at the pump is high so the extra quality is ignored.

Our additives allow a fleet to use a very high standard of additive and benefit from its properties without paying large amounts for the improvement.

Our Scottish office is focused entirely on Oilfield chemicals and the English team along with our Spanish Technical Consultant work in the Speciality Division, called Shrieve Products International (SPI). Collectively the Oilfield and SPI teams are known as Shrieve SPD.



Commission: Up to 30% (negotiable) of any new and repeated business

The additives on offer are a consumable product. As fuel is used, additive is also used so repeat business should be widespread.

Once new business has been won, repeat business is very likely. Even if you don’t stay in touch with your customers (we recommend you do), any repeat orders we receive, you, as the initial introducer, will get paid again and again. This is on the same commission terms as the initial sale.

We are committed to investing in marketing strategies and have sales aids such as:

  • Brochures covering both additives.
  • Focused Sales-Sheet for each of the additives.
  • Detailed technical/safety document should any business wants a chemist to check the specifications prior to sale.
  • Two specialist staff in the UK with over 50 years combined experience in the Fuel Industry including oil majors and additive company majors, offering support as and when required.
  • Vastly experienced technical team with over 150 years of experience.

The Target Market

We are primarily focused within the fleet management world and any client that has their own fuel storage, such as buses and trucks.

But in principle ANY business that buys fuel from an oil terminal and has its own storage can reap benefits from this additive. The diesel additive works equally as well with red diesel as it does with standard road diesel.




The ideal sales agent will:

  • Have contact with industry relevant connections.
  • Be an experienced salesperson and used to communicating at all levels.
  • Highly motivated and ideally with some relevant product knowledge.
  • Be able to see the bigger picture with how financially rewarding this opportunity is.
