Selling Virtual Reality Solutions to Social Care Facilities

We are Kaleido, a technological startup from the Czech Republic, developing virtual reality travel experiences designed specifically for the elderly from scratch. We provide our business clients, such as nursing homes, with complete solutions for VR activation therapy on a monthly subscription basis. We have established our operations in Czech Republic, where we already cooperate with almost 50 facilities, and we are looking for keen and enthusiastic sales representatives to help us expand to the United Kingdom, so we can bring amazing experiences to the British elderly as well. 

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

Our activation therapy product for the elderly – Kaleido – is sold as a monthly subscription which includes rental of the VR glasses, insurance, technical support and new virtual experiences, which we create ourselves, every week. These experiences range from visiting cities and landmarks to concerts, meditations and walks in nature.

  • Must be skilled at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start

  • Having an existing contact network in social care facilities is seen as a substantial advantage

Sales representative Responsibilities:

  • Offering and selling Kaleido VR Tours subscriptions to nursing homes, care homes, remote social care services, hospitals and other facilities caring for the elderly
  • Developing new opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Establishing client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to current customers and assuring they are satisfied
  • Ensuring customers wish to continue with their contract
