    We offer a competitive commission rate of 10% on sales. To encourage long-term relationships, agents receive a higher commission of 12% for repeat customer sales. Additionally, a 2% commission is provided on repeat sales even if the agent no longer represents Mumanu (unless there's a breach in the contract). This structure ensures ongoing rewards for your efforts.

We are seeking candidates who are self-motivated, efficient, and organized, capable of supporting our company director in establishing a robust sales foundation. Having your own database of contacts is essential for this role, as the candidate will be instrumental in expanding our reach and customer base. While we may provide some leads, the ability to independently source potential clients is key to success in this role.

Exceptional customer service skills and a proven sales track record are fundamental. Reliability and trustworthiness are paramount, as we require references from at least two other brands to ensure our high standards are met.

Furthermore, we’re looking for candidates eager to deepen their understanding of ethical considerations in beauty products, including the differences between natural and organic products, as well as Fairtrade principles. As a representative of Mumanu, you’ll be expected to uphold and advocate for our certifications and ethical standards.
