OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

MD Spare Parts is a family run business that’s been established for over 30 years. We started in business by supplying spare parts and consumables to the Industrial Print Sector and now we have expanded into a wide and growing number of other industrial sectors.

We are looking for sales partners to supply both our branded and unbranded spare parts and fixings which includes.

Agents will be selling:
Large Range of Branded Bearings (including - INA, FAG, NTN, OKI etc)
Full Range of SICK Products for Retail.
Full Range of Festo Products for Retail.
Non branded Fixing (including, grub screws, Core plungers, fasteners).
Vacuum Pump Spares (including filters and Carbon Vanes).

You will enjoy selling a mix of one off sales and recurring orders into our target market sectors.

The Target markets for sales agents is extensive:
Engineering Services (across all sectors), Industrial Print, Engineering Assembly, Manufacturing,
Water Industry, Automotive Industry, Food Process and Packaging, Process Automation, Woodworking, Electronics Industry and many more.

Ideal Profile

The ideal sales agents will have industry sector experience in sales of similar types of components.

We are looking for sales partners that operate in a friendly, customer focused manner that complements our small family business team.

The role requires agents to be comfortable communicating with decision makers at all levels, from SMEs to larger organisations. You can be based anywhere in the UK as long as you have a good internet connection.

Agents need to be self-motivated, organised, and prepared to keep up to-date records on an online database. Ideally agents will have existing customers and contacts and be able to source new customers.

You will need to contact customers through all channels: email, telephone, face to face meetings, and have both good written and verbal communications skills. Basic computer and online skills are also essential.

We are able to offer good levels of commission across the product range and pay commission on one-off and repeat business.

Product training is available if necessary.
