Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote membership sales for the exclusive Billionaire Club. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing Ultra – high-net-worth individuals, CSuite , who are potential members of our prestigious club. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and environment, targeting individuals who aspire to join an exclusive network of the world’s most successful and influential individuals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and generate leads: Utilize various channels such as  networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach, to identify potential UHNW individuals who make a positive impact by joining Billionaire Club.
  2. Social media, LinkedIn conversions to membership sales 
  3. Appointment setting
  4. Engage with prospects: Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings with CEO  to present the value proposition of the Billionaire Club membership. Build relationships, understand their interests, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  5. Conduct sales presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique benefits and privileges of the Billionaire Club membership. Clearly articulate the value proposition, including access to exclusive events, networking opportunities, luxury concierge services, and other tailored benefits.
  6. Negotiation and closing: Effectively negotiate membership terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both the prospect and the club. Close deals and secure new members,payment processing. -We are happy to close sales we just need you to introduce the membership.
  7. Ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  8. Identify partnerships and collaboration 
  9. Relationship management: Provide exceptional customer service to existing members, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement with the club. Develop long-term relationships with members to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.

8.Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, news, and developments within the luxury lifestyle and high-net-worth community. Continuously expand your knowledge to position yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and members.

9.CRM management and reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven sales experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in high-end sales, luxury brands, or a related field. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are vital to effectively engage with C Suite . individuals. You should be able to establish rapport, listen actively, and adapt your communication style to various audiences.
  3. Results-oriented mindset: Being highly motivated, driven, and target-oriented is crucial to succeed in this role. You should be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and possess the resilience to overcome challenges and objections.
  4. Luxury lifestyle knowledge: A solid understanding of luxury brands, high-end services. 
  5. Professionalism and discretion: Given the exclusivity of the Billionaire Club, utmost professionalism and discretion are required. You should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and care.
  6. Tech-savviness: Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and other relevant software is preferred. Ability to adapt to new technologies and leverage them to enhance sales efficiency is a plus.
  7. Attend meetings and sales presentations with CEO as and when required.
