We are willing to provide sales leads to the sales reps. These leads will be collected carefully by our Lead Gen team . The quantity can be decided with the sales rep however with each cycle we start with around 500-1000 leads
First sale bonus
We are willing to offer a 10% additional first sales bonus ( on top of what we agree with the agent ) on the first sale they make.

Target market

We are looking to sell our services to business owners with little to no digital presence. Especially those who have outdated websites, are a good target we are looking at

We are looking for a committed individual ( experience/education doesnt matter ) , someone who can produce the results and meet the goals set by the Agency. It must be noted , that we will provide the leads and set achievable goals.

We are committed to providing a healthy work environment. Furthermore, we will be providing leads ( as mentioned above ) and the sales rep will have monthly goals to meet each month. Exceeding those goals will yield bonuses too. Consistent performance over time will enable us to reward them even better ( promotions, holidays etc )
