The Davka Software system allows customers to order from their table using their phones, and order take-aways and deliveries from their home.

The product was developed by two restaurateurs with years of experience in the restaurant industry. They wanted a product for their own restaurant but could not find a suitable option that meets the needs of the small to medium restaurant owner.
The system makes ordering, service, and marketing, easy and simple. It is affordable, cost-effective, and adaptable to meet the individual uniqueness of each restaurant.
Davka Software has created a unique online ordering system for small to medium size restaurants and pubs to compete with larger organisations that have their own in house technical departments.
The system allows: table ordering service using phones, ordering take-aways from home and delivering straight to customer’s doors when they order by phone, tablet, or computer.
A white label option allows restaurants to brand the system as their own.
The system highlights allergen information at the point of order, adding to the safety and service the restaurant offers its customers. The allergen information is picked up from the menu specifications cards which can be put on to the system to help with stock management.
Also included is a marketing management module that allows the business to send either WhatsApp, SMS or even emails to individuals who are registered on the customer database.
Our system is designed with the kitchen in mind and it produces a slip or on screen view that can list individual items on the order and dramatically reduces mistakes made in the kitchen.

There is also a bonus for agents that sign up 10 new clients per month, for which we receive payment, of 80% of the first month’s fees.
