Sales Manager – Manuka Honey

The Job Description for Sales Profile

Study Manuka Honey as a Product. Different quality that we have to offer. Finding out government compliances for manuka Honey. Import Duty, Vat or GST applicable, or any other government compliance.

  • Find out purchase price of importers and dealers.
  • Focus on sale of our Manuka Honey in UK market and spread it across UK and eventually across Europe too.
  • Later create a team of sales personnel.
  • Job would be target oriented.  Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries in time.
  • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
  • Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Liaise with company to check the progress of existing orders.
  • Record sales and order information, sending copies to office, or entering figures into a computer system.
  • Feed future buying trends back to employers.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Apart from Salary there would be Telephone, internet and travel expense provide by company on submission of relevant bills.
  • Handsome Incentives would be given apart from salary if given target is achieved and additional incentive on exceeding target.

Working hours

Standard 40 hours a week, but as it is sales job, would involve more hours as part of job responsibilities considering that the job is purely target oriented.

Candidate who knows that they have to go the extra mile to get better results is best suited for this profile
