Davydov Consulting is one of the fastest growing web design and consultancy agencies in Shoreditch in London, UK. We serve clients all over the world, offering each of them top quality website design, business and technology consultation and content creation in English, French, German and Russian.

We are a growing organisation, with a staff of ten coders and designers. However, we are dedicated to remaining a ‘boutique’ web design agency, offering the same levels of one-to-one contact and highly bespoke service that our clients have come to expect. We made our name delivering personalised expert service, and that will never change!


You will sell new website creation service to businesses who dont have it. It can be local shop/yoga studio/new start up/pretty much anyone.


Small business 1-30 people. We cover all industries. We currently cover USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, but happy to consider other markets.

Ideal Profile

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation – defining and finding leads at target companies (LinkedIn and Telephony Provided)
  • Preparing a tailored pitch for the first contact
  • Contacting the leads to set up the introductory meeting (meeting is then attended by CEO who will close the deal for well qualified lead)
  • Constantly looking for new business opportunities

Key expectations:

  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Confidence and proactive approach
  • Fluency in other languages is an advantage, but not necessary (we work with US, Canadian, British, French, German and Swiss customers at the moment but open to expand)
  • Proven track record of setting up sales meetings is an advantage

We offer:

  • Commission of 15% from every sale, growing to 25% on certain target being hit in a month.
  • Self-employed agreement and potentially employment contract going forward (or B2B if preferred)
  • Development and training in eCommerce and sales skills and knowledge

  • Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules
