We use cold email to generate leads on behalf of our clients.


  • Sales leads provided

    We provide interested leads in real time through our cold email campaigns. We will also offer you databases of past-contacted leads and leads we reach out to on your behalf.

Target market

Our clients are growth-oriented, successful B2B businesses from various industries. They value their time and require a reliable lead-generation partner that delivers results and generates a great return on investment (ROI).

Your Role:

  • Schedule meetings directly on the internal team’s calendars, ensuring availability and proper alignment with their schedules.
  • Confirm appointments and provide necessary details to both the internal team and the leads.
  • Address information requests with the appropriate context and materials, such as value propositions, PDFs, and other relevant documents.
  • Push for a meeting in responses to information requests to further engage the lead.
  • Compile and update weekly reports detailing lead status, meetings scheduled, and overall progress.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on report findings to the internal team.
  • Engage with leads who express disinterest, understand their concerns, and attempt to turn the situation around.
  • Utilize effective objection handling techniques to identify underlying issues and propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads, providing relevant updates and information to keep them engaged.
  • Develop personalized nurturing strategies to convert leads over time.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with leads who have indicated a potential future interest.
  • Schedule reminders and initiate contact at appropriate times to keep the conversation active.
  • Perform warm calling to build relationships with leads already in our database and introduce them to the company’s offerings.
  • Apply the above strategies during calls to schedule meetings, respond to information requests, handle objections, nurture leads, and follow up effectively.

What You Can Expect In Your First Year:

1 Month

  • Complete your new hire onboarding.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of all technology and tools used at Prospectiv.
  • Begin to slowly be introduced to and manage internal team meetings and interactions with leads.
  • Hit the achieved benchmark for meeting targets and other key performance indicators.
  • All work will be monitored and reviewed by senior team members before being sent to leads.

3 Months

  • Start managing your assigned leads end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with other SDRs and team members to share insights and knowledge.
  • Proactively communicate ideas and, if relevant, work with your team lead or manager to plan and execute initiatives to improve lead management and conversion strategies.

6 Months

  • Start managing your own pod of leads and internal team interactions.
  • Take on more responsibilities in leading initiatives and improving processes within your SDR team.
  • Continue to refine your skills in lead management, nurturing, and strategic communication.
