My client is a Project Management interior fit out company. Their most important core objectives, from day one, has been to deliver a quality finish alongside great customer service.
They have gone on to establish a firm foothold in the fit-out and refurbishment industry. The business continues to succeed, securing numerous clients by providing high quality projects on time and on budget.
They are looking for sales agents preferably with experience of selling within the fit-out industry to introduce them to new clients with planned fit-out projects.
A rewarding commission of 50% of the profit is offered, which can be a high figure on a full fit-out.
This is an ideal income stream to add to any business that can secure introduction to a fit-out main contractor.
My client is keen to secure new CAT A and CAT B instructions as a main contractor, which is how they prefer to work. They are looking for sales agents who are able to open doors for them and provide introductions on this basis.
Typical Cat A type fit-outs will include: A basic level of finish, compared to a shell and core finish. Raised floors, installation of internal surfaces, ceilings, and basic utilities and services. This is the usual finish provided by a landlord to a business tenant when leasing new premises.
Typical Cat B fit-outs bring commercial space up to a standard that is ready to move into. My client will work with architects and designers so every detail of the design meets the required specification. The space will be transformed from a Cat A or Shell and Core and turned into a commercial or office space that reflects the desired corporate branding and business culture.
The target markets for my clients services are: small, medium, and large organisations looking for CAT A and or CAT B fit-outs where they can work as a main contractor across London and the South East.
My client are looking for sales agents with experience in the CAT A and CAT B projects industry. Alternatively, agents could currently be working in a related industry within the building, construction, or refurbishment sectors and have the experience, technical knowledge, and the contacts to source introductions for new projects.
