Love Coco Market Stall and Events Salesperson – Part time

What are you going to do?
We sell upcycled coconut shells: bowls and other related products. We import direct from Vietnam; we are very focused on sustainability and renewables and invest in rainforest protection and renewal. We have constant pop-ups, events and market stalls running over the weekend where we sell these products. We are looking for part time (mostly weekends) staff to represent our brand at different markets, tell our story to our customers, communicate the ethos and our eco credentials. Sales experience is required but you must be passionate about the environment and Most events are in the South of England.

- Presentable, clean, and tidy
- Positive, energetic & outgoing
- Like working outdoors even in the freezing cold winter
- Be available to work on weekends (approx. 9-5pm)
- Highly dependable, responsible, and flexible
- Willing to learn all about Love Coco
- Experience working on market stall or shop sales will be an advantage
- Driving license is a plus

A little story about how Love Coco was born
Mike, the owner of Love Coco, has visited South East Asia every winter for the past 8 years. During these regular visits Mike discovered that there are so many coconut bi-products being produced, the shells left empty, causing massive atmosphere pollution caused by the burning of empty coconut shells. He met a supplier who is actually saving these shells and hand crafting them into attractive, natural coconut bowls which give such pleasure to eat from. Mike realised the potential for these coconut bowls and therefore Love Coco was born – to emphazise the sustainable and natural living. Mike has been hooked ever since and now eats 80% of his meals out of a Love Coco Bowl!
