We are a modern firm of accountants embracing modern technology to deliver a fully outsourced finance function.
We take on everything for a client from bookkeeping, which is done daily, giving us the most up to date information allowing us to also deliver advice and guidance mostly in the form of effective financial planning and review.
We are a team of 6 based in our offices in Gloucestershire but operate throughout the UK.
We specifically work with service-based businesses apart from those in hospitality, farming and medical industries.
We act for around 260 businesses at present and are looking to grow considerably through 2020.

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

We sell packaged outsourced finance function services.

This is:

Daily bookkeeping for relief of paperwork and admin.
Year end accounts and tax returns to keep the tax man at bay.
Quarterly VAT returns as necessary.
Financial planning.
Financial performance reviews.
Regular meetings to ensure we are fully supportive of our clients.

TARGET CLIENTS AND REGIONS

We work best with businesses of at least £100k revenue up to approx £5m.
Service-based businesses are who we serve best.

Ideal Profile

We are looking initially for a sales agent to process our follow ups.
We have a specific sales process at present which is:

Discovery call - eliminates time wasters and ensures a good fit with our target client
Proposal Meeting - we understand the potential client in more detail and provide a proposal matching their needs based on our expert assessment.

We are looking for someone to follow up on those who have been to proposal meetings and then not signed up. These people have expressed an interest, received a proposal but then not signed up. They have not specifically given a no but our follow up has been poor (read near non existent).

This is a great opportunity to be involved in helping accountancy to stop being boring and old fashioned and really use technology to bring great financial advice to small and medium businesses.

We generate a steady flow of new enquiries (approx 20 per month) and have a list of at least 50 clients that need following up with.
