    The average job size for the business is £35k. There will be a 2.5% commission on all jobs which successfully complete the build stage. With additional commissions for prior stages through the process. Typical conversion rates vary from 5 - 20% with a target of 25% plus conversion from stage 1 (Initial Consultation) to stage 2 (Concept and Feasibility)

    Full training package will be offered by our UK head office team. Plus ongoing coaching on our processes and systems.

  • Sales leads provided

    Leads will be provided from a number of our marketing techniques. We have website leads, paid directory leads.

  • Hourly payment - Retainer - Upfront commission at the start

    We will offer payment for the training activities and payment for the first 50 hours of Sales Activities at £10/hour. Following this period, it will be based on a Commission Only basis.

  • Sales and marketing support

    We have various cases studies, company brochures, branded workwear, company magazines and leaflets that will be provided. We also have a branded vehicle which can be utilised.

Ideal Profile

The position:

  • To generate sustainable, profitable sales for Refresh.
  • Manage the sales process.
  • To provide a great first impression of Refresh and to educate the customers working to deliver the renovation outcomes they desire for the money they are able to spend.
  • To guide the expectations of clients and deliver the best renovation possible for the investment.
  • To work with the Project Manager(s) to provide information to help convert enquiries into successful renovation projects.
  • To maintain good communications with customers to ensure they have a positive experience throughout the renovation.
  • To deliver excellent customer service and ensure they will use Refresh again and recommend Refresh to friends and family.
