We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Remote Commission only Sales Advisors with a strong knowledge of telecommunication and energy products, and a proven track record in cold calling. As a Remote Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their telecommunications needs and pain points.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling efforts, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Use CRM systems to track and manage leads, update customer information, and monitor sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings in the telecommunications sector, specifically related to BT products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through self-learning, training programs, and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications, specifically BT products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Professional demeanour and the ability to represent the company in a positive and compelling manner.
